Checking a call or text is free, and so is the lockdown checklist. Family Plus is for the person who looks after the phones of a parent, a partner or the kids and wants them all on one card.

Family Plus

- Up to 5 phones on one Family Card, each with its own lockdown checklist and progress
- Up to 20 trusted numbers (the real numbers to call back: family, bank, doctor, carrier)
- A printed fridge-and-wallet card for the whole family: every phone's progress, the trusted numbers and the hang-up rules
Free during preview: every Family Plus feature is on for everyone and nothing is charged.
What Family Plus does not include
There is no phone line, no live support and nobody who calls you back. PhoneSupport.co is a self-help site: the checker, the checklist and the card are the whole product.
Plain terms
When checkout opens:
- Family Plus renews each month or year until you cancel it in PayPal. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- If Plus ends, nothing is deleted because of it: phones and numbers already on the card stay and can be opened, ticked and printed. Adding a second phone, or more than 3 trusted numbers, needs Plus again. As for every card, one nobody opens for 400 days is deleted.
- Plus belongs to one Family Card: keep that card's private link. There are no accounts, so a lost link cannot be recovered. A card with a renewing Plus cannot be deleted until you cancel Plus in PayPal.
- Prices are in US dollars. No ads, no selling of your data.
PhoneSupport.co is in preview. There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Prices at launch will be these, paid through PayPal.
